Program Name: Sanctuary Cosmetic Center SMS
Sanctuary Cosmetic Center (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an SMS messaging program for patients and prospective patients who have requested to be contacted. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Program Description
We operate two separate SMS programs, and you may consent to either or both. Customer care and transactional messages relate to your inquiry and care: appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices, replies to consultation and treatment inquiries, and pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Promotional messages include occasional special offers, patient events, and treatment specials on cosmetic and med spa services. Promotional messages require a separate, optional opt-in and are sent only to patients who have provided that separate consent. You may receive customer care messages without consenting to promotional messages.
How to Join
You may join by submitting your mobile number through a form on sanctuarycosmeticcenter.com and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box for the program you want. Our forms present two separate, clearly labeled consent checkboxes: one for customer care and transactional messages, and a second, optional checkbox for promotional messages. Neither checkbox is pre-selected. Consent to receive marketing text messages is collected separately from transactional consent and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving medical care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, and additional messages in connection with a scheduled appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sanctuary Cosmetic Center does not charge for this service; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again through our website form.

Supported Carriers
Carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.
