Microneedling basics

What to expect during your Morpheus8 treatment

Morpehus8 treatment takes about 45 minutes, and there’s no lasting downtime afterward. Before treatment, we apply a topical anesthetic to numb your skin and keep you comfortable.

During your session, we pass the applicator over your skin. You may feel some warmth or mild stinging as the energy penetrates to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate your skin.

Once your session is complete, you can expect your skin to be slightly pinkish and tender for a day or two, similar to how you’d feel and look after a sunburn. It’s important to avoid sun exposure during the initial stages of healing and to follow the care instructions we provide. 

Collagen remodeling occurs over the following weeks; you can expect to see results in about a month or so. Most people benefit from a series of 2-4 treatments spaced out over a few weeks to help their skin look and feel its best.
